My TV is doing the same thing and I keep getting the runaround. I haven't had this TV a good 2 years and it's been mounted on my wall since I got it.

- Can you please check if your TV is connected to the correct TV input/source?
- What do you see on your screen after turning on your TV and trying to play content?
- Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel?

I just have my soundbar connected.
It's connected to the same input since I've had it.
The screen is black, but it look like you can see some words barely.
