Sound Bar will not pair with my tcl Roku smart tv.

I have a new tcl Roku smart tv. I downloaded the app Bluetooth. Can not get my Vizio wireless sound bar to connect to tv. Please advise. Can get I phones to pair with sound bar. So I know it is working.

    Roku TVs not made by Roku themselves only support Roku wireless devices (i.e., not Bluetooth).
