Sony VPLVW365ES 3D 4K Projector and Lyngdorf MP60 2.1 resolution issue

I have the hardware mentioned in the title. I’m not sure why my 4k Roku always starts up in “Automatic “ Display Type and won’t process at 60h 4k - only does 30h it says.

I can change to any of the options for Display Type Roku has and they work after it prompts that the picture is still good. I have a 8k rated optical HDMI cable. Why won’t the option I choose stay?

How do I debug where the issue is?
