Something went wrong with playback please try again later

I’ have yet to watch some channels on Roku app on my iPhone when I go to watch on mobile it says something went wrong with playback. Please try again later  help me with this issue  thanks  Billy ...

    We appreciate the details. Does the issue occur on a specific channel or all the channels installed on your device?

    Please be aware that if you cannot play videos and videos from the other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

    The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.

I went to Roku app I tied the  wsmv chsnbrl

and movies by lifetime channel 

on my iPhone it kept saying the same something went wrong during playback 

please try again later 

help me with issue
