Sky PUK Sharp Roku TV handset

My Sky PUK hand control won't adjust the volume on my new Sharp RokuTV.

I've tried setting up from the TV menu and the Sky 'use sky control to adjust TV volume' Neither work.

I'm sure it did work yesterday (new TV, still setting it up) but on trying to set up the sound bar it no longer works. 

I've tried reseting but the Sky screen (after going through the procedure) says TV not compatible. 

It's a new Sky PUK and new Sharp Roku TV! 

Anyone had the same issues?
