Roku software version 11.5 is still rolling out. I don't even know if v12.0 is in beta testing. I think SiriusXM is giving you bogus information unless they're talking about the version of their own channel/app.

Thanks for the post.
As renojim mentioned, OS 11.5 has just been released to Roku devices. If you are experiencing an issue with channel playback, try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,

It doesn't fix it. Talked to SiriusXM support. They say that SiriusXM needs 12.0 software to make it work.

Removed app and downloaded it multiple times. Same results every time

Well like I said, 12.0 isn't available yet so SiriusXM is either lying to you or they're in the beta program. Either way, I'd say it's a pretty terrible response from SiriusXM.
You can be a part of Roku's beta program if you like and maybe you'll get 12.0 early with all the aggravations that come with early releases of Roku software.
