Since update 1/2/2024. Remote unsyncs and apps randomly stop playing

Since the roku update on 1/2/2024 my remote has disconnected or unsynced about 5 times an hour. After about 2 hours of watching something it’ll return me to the main menu at the same time un syncing the remote. Is this happening to anyone else. Worked great 2 weeks ago then the update happened. I had to enter everything back in for passwords and users on every single app and it reset Pluto and others where the favorites were no longer right.

    Gr0m3t, I think I'd be more concerned about everything getting reset.  That shouldn't happen from an update.  This remote issue may be a symptom of a problem with the Roku device.  What's the model number of the Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About and if it uses a USB cable for power can you try a different USB power adapter (especially if you're using the TV's USB port)?
