Simple remote won't work, Voice remote won't work either

I have a 65inch Element, the simple remote started being hard to get to work....then it completely stopped working. Replaced batteries, couldn't even turn TV on. Went to store bought a Voice Remote, I can't get it to work at all....No way to turn TV on manually to even pair the TV to the new remote.

    Monkeythumbs72 There should be a manual power button on the Element TV.  May be on the bottom or back.  Many are on the bottom of the TV in the center.
