Side volume controls on the Roku stick

Is there a remote for the stick, that doesn’t have the side volume buttons?  Every time I pick up the remote I end up hitting one of the volume buttons and BOOM!  The volume is full blast or super low or muted.  This is very annoying!

    I appreciate you for sharing with us your concern regarding a Roku remote that doesn't have volume buttons.

    Please note that the only compatible remotes with Roku Streaming Sticks are Roku Voice Remotes with Power and Volume Buttons.

    In the meantime, I recommend you to reset your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After this, re-pair your Roku remote with your device.

    There are some third-party Roku-compatible remotes with volume controls on the top, but unfortunately, Sticks don't work with nearly all cheap remotes because sticks have no IR receivers. You could buy an express, plus one of those remotes.

    A free workaround would be to intentionally program those buttons for the wrong TV.

    There are also cases for Roku remotes on Amazon etc. that might make those buttons less likely to be pressed accidentally.

    Or wait a few days because you will probably develop the habit of picking it up differently.
