You can go into the Roku Settings menu, and under Privacy/Advertising, you can tell Roku you don't want ad content with a number of factors, including Horror, Mature/Sexual Content, and more.
It doesn't work, it's been a long time since the option to avoid sexual content was set, and yet it keeps showing it.
