We would like to share your issue with our team about the Roku Home screen recommendation row, which displays an inappropriate ad.
Please provide us with the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (press the Home button 5X, and the Back button 5X when the issue occurs)
