Setup problems with Roku streambar pro

This is a problem that has been addressed with the newer Roku items before,  but nothing about the streambar pro. You can't get the thing to do the initial update! I hooked it up and used the secret screen over 100 times, and it always gets to about 50% and stops with a code 005. Roku says that it's an issue with your internet connection,  but I even hooked it up to Roku tvs that work perfectly fine, and are younger than the soundbar, but it still won't work. They don't have any phone support,  and so you have trash gear with trash support.  I'm taking the hit and tossing this p.o.s. and buying the Bose .😡
