Setup issue device not responding to remote

Serial #S014326R6FFM

I have tried all suggestions and my unit is still not responding to the remote.There is no button inside the remote to reset remote. This is for a Roku Express

    Hi Grandee,

    Welcome to the Roku Community. 

    We can see that you have a Roku simple or IR remote. When using the remote, are you making sure that you are pointing the remote directly to the IR sensor on the Roku device and that there are no obstructions? Have you tried replacing the batteries on the remote to see if it helps?
