Setting up remote for tv control turns off tv

I have a Westinghouse tv, I’m trying to set up my Roku remote to control the tv but when testing the tv codes, it turns the tv off and I think the Roku as well when I enter yes on the 13th tv code

It sounds like one code set's mute is another code set's power code.Have you tried turning it back on?&nbsp; (Use the TV remote)&nbsp;

Yes I tried it again and it did the same thing
