Setting up my roku through my phone without a iep address
I am trying to program my roku for my tv through my phone and I don't have a iep address how can I by pass that

You can't set up a Roku device from scratch using a phone. Your device/TV doesn't have an IP address until it's connected to a network and you need a physical remote to connect it to a network. If you don't have a physical remote, either of the Roku voice remotes can be paired to Roku TVs and many universal remotes support Roku TVs.
