Seeking help with new ROKU TV

I received a Westinghouse Roku TV for Christmas and made the connections that I know of and when I turned on the TV, this is what appears on my screen: 

Does this mean that there are connections that still need to be made or was it that the TV was damaged on the way to my house and I need to get a new set? Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated!

    It's pretty obvious that your screen is cracked.  There's no fix for that.  Hopefully, the purchaser can take it back where it was bought.
