Search option and Roku Channel not working

Roku Express 4k. Search is not working. Also Roku Channel not working. Restarted system several times. Unplugged, re-plugged. Power directly to outlet. Using factory supplied cables. Updates checked. Did factory reset. ALL the suggestions in the other posts. Still nothing.

    Me pasa lo mismo acabo de comprar mi televisor para ver canales y no funciona me dice error al cargar y me hace apretar ok y nada apague muchas veces el televisor y nada ni la app en el teléfono funciona
