Se actualizo mi Smart TCL Roku tv y ya no me deja hacer nada

Buenas tardes tengo una Smart TCL Roku tv 8104x modelo 40s305 que me pedía actualización pero como no estaba conectada a internet lo hice de la forma manual por medio de la USB tal cual como las indicaciones el caso que al actualizar y reiniciar me cambio el idioma y no me permite hacer ningún tipo de cambio y ya noe deja volver a actualizarla ya la reinicie de fabrica le quise hacer modo de recuperación y no me deja también con el botón de reset y no hace cambios espero que pueda ayudar gracias

The thing is that when updating and restarting it changed the language and it won't let me make any kind of change and it won't let me update it again.
