Screensaver keeps resetting to the default setting after a minute

I recently subscribed to the paid screensavers for my Roku Ultra 4660R How do I get the Ultra to show my NEW selection (screensaver)? I select it, save as the default screensaver and exit to the landing page *HD Screensavers* which reflects my newly selected screensaver correctly. I Wait a few minutes and it REBOOTS (every time why?) then returns to the home screen.  Wait a few more minutes and it starts the OLD screensaver! This is unbelievably frustrating! Why offer these when they don't work?!? I tried contacting Roku CSR and they claimed it was my TV's problem. I'm using the same Samsung TV I've always used with no problem with anything else Roku related so this Roku's Issue! Please help!
