Screencast and WiFi

Okay, sorry for doing this here but I don't know how to do it in issues so here I am.

I reset my wifi connection so I can screen cast from my Motorola Android and or mobile tablet DVD player (which didn't work despite me trying literally everything else before hand to avoid this response) and my controller is kinda KIA

So, my controller has been through a lot, specifically water and falling, and somewhere in between (randomly, I didn't drop it or anything it just happened) my left, down, and ok buttons stopped working and still aren't. Now here's the weird part

They work when I use other controls that do work (such as home or left ecr)

So how do I get my TV repaired to my wifi (hopefully without buying anything because it's not in my budget)

If all you did is reset the wifi connection and did not attempt to Factory Reset the Roku device, then you may be able to use the free official Roku Mobile App to use as a remote for your Roku in order to get it connected back to your network.

If the mobile app does not work for you, then you will likely need a physical Roku or Roku-compatible remote.  There are some cheap universal streaming remotes (IR-based) for around $10 or so that will work for Roku devices (as long as you do not have a Streaming Stick model - those do require a wifi/RF based remote).

As an added FYI, if you ever Factory Reset your Roku device, you will need a physical remote in order to setup and activate the Roku.
