Hi! cdaehn,
Thank you for reaching out to the Roku Community!
- Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing?
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?
- What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
In the meantime, can we perform a System restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart to see if it fixes the issue?
For additional troubleshooting steps for the screen reader, refer to this link: How to change screen reader settings.
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Arjiemar

No amount of restarting or adjusting the settings fixes the issue The screen reader just simply mumbles it's hard to understand it doesn't enunciate very well it's not loud enough to hear it over any other noises that are going on in the room or on the TV The pitch is not good the speed doesn't adjust much beyond making it harder to understand. Just turn the thing on and you can hear what it sounds like try listening to the voice-over on Android if you want to hear an example of how it should sound. Or even on iPhone. There's another person who posted that the screen reader is mumbling in the past I didn't catch that one or I would have added to his posting can we please get the developers involved and get them to fix this issue because as it is it's garbage.
