Screen mirroring device list is duplicated

I have two Roku Premiere devices set up with different nicknames and locations. When I go to screen mirroring on my Apple devices in control center, it shows each device name twice thereby giving me 4 devices to choose from. Weird because my Roku account only shows the two devices active.  Is there a way to clean up the mirror list to only show the two devices.

    I cannot mirror my Apple devices (iPhone or IPad) through my Roku Premier unless I reset my Roku. If I wait until after I am in the Roku Home Screen it won’t connect. Has anyone had this issue. Is there a way to exit the Home Screen as this might work for me

    Every time I try to use Airplay to mirror from my IPad to my TV,  I have to restart my Roku box first.  Am on the same network so not sure what my issue is?
