Screen going blurry and then pink and green.

The TV is about 7 months old....about a month ago the screen would flash between dim and then bright and then suddenly stopped.  Now suddenly the screen goes blurry, then pink and green.  Its on all apps and home screen.  I have checked all plugs and even unplugged the HDMI cord for the sound bar.  Anyone else had this problem?
