Saying sorry it cannot connect. Please help tried everything

My Roku is saying it cannot connect to the wireless. I have restarted the router and restarted the Roku and it’s still saying that. Yet all my other devices are set up and working fine on the Wi-Fi. It even says it’s a good strength. Not sure what the problem is can someone help?

    What's the model number written on the device or displayed under Settings->System->About?  Are you getting any error messages or codes when you try to connect?
