Samsung and Roku Ultra. Remote stopped working

All of a sudden, my Roku remote won't work on my Samsung 60" TV on and only adjusts volume. I can't get it to do anything else and I can't get to settings. I've been using this Samsung TV and Utra for several years and have not changed anything. 

I tried a different Ultra and remote that work on my Samsung 55" TV and it didn't work on the 60". I tried both ultras on the 55" TV and they both worked.

I've changed batteries, I've tried resetting the remote to the device. I even tried the Roku app and got the same thing. I can only adjust volume. 

It seems like something changed when I wasn't looking. I can even get to settings.
