Same a $30 on Roku Ultra on Roku store

So yesterday, I say on the tv a Roku add for $30 off of Roku Ultra. I chose the option to send it by an email.

I received the email. 

When I opened it to buy, it was not active and charged me a regular price of $99.

When announcing promotion, shouldn't you first make sure you have the stock?

      Thanks, but there is no Account-Billing Support there.

      Only those:

      • Question about a charge
      • Question about a subscription
      • Change my email, password, PIN or payment method
      • A different account issue

      I'd personally say, don't worry about it.
