Rokusound bar pro and tcl google tv issue

so I have the soundbar setup with arc. When using the Roku it works perfectly. But when I use it with pc or PS5 the audio sounds good but every few mins the audio from the soundbar cuts out. I’ve looked up it up and tried everything. I even swapped out this soundbar for a new one and it does the same thing.

    The audio when using the Roku built into the Soundbar (Streambar?) never goes to the TV, so it should always work.  I would suspect something with the TV or cabling.
