Rokus Channel and Live TV don't load

I've purchased 2 Roku TV's which I've returned, and now one streaming device, so it's not the Roku product.  But they all have the same problem: The Roku channel and live TV don't load.  I can get Netflix and Prime TV, which I subscribe to, but when I go to the Roku channel and then click on a show I'd like to watch, the descriptive text disappears and only the promo picture remains.  Nothing loads.  Same with live TV.  I have contacted my internet company twice and they said both times that the problem is not on their end -- their tests say that everything works, and if I'm able to get Netflix, well, that proves that the TV and internet work together.  Roku, as we know, is unable to solve any problem at all.  Their agents know nothing.  So what is the problem?  And how to fix it?

    Where are you located and are you using a VPN?  Was your Roku account created in your current location or somewhere else or while using a VPN or anything that may have masked your true location?
