Roku will not allow reconnect of registered devices

I have 5 registered devices on Roku that have been working fine thru the Alexa skill.  Yesterday, they no longer worked with Alexa.  Checking the Roku app shows none of the devices are connected any more to Roku nor will they reconnect.  I can stream TV on all devices so there is a good internet connection to each TV.  All 5 devices show as registered devices on the app and a web browser login.  Did Roku STB yesterday?  Why would registered devices that were working fine for many months suddenly all disconnect at once?
