Roku will not acknowledge numerous request from users. Major connectivity issue renders Roku useless

Thousands of users are paying for a service they can not use due to an update from roku’s end. Roku has received many many request for help which roku in an effort to slow play their customers ask for mundane rhetorical task to be completed eventually ghosting their clients all together. Obviously they have encountered an error they can not or will not address. This may be the end of roku in the USA. Users should switch to a more reliable provider as soon as possible in hopes to limit paying for services you have not received. Roku has completely threw in the white towel and refuses to help their thousands of premium subscription clients.
