My Roku will work for a second while I use the Roku app as a remote because I can’t find my remote and then it disconnects from the app and the white light starts flashing and of course not thinking I just reset it. Any suggestions??
If you Factory Reset the Roku device, you will need to find your physical Roku remote in order to proceed through setup/activation.
You can also use a universal streaming remote (compatible with Roku) to setup the Roku device as well. The Streaming Sticks, though, require the actual Roku Remote since the universal streaming remotes are IR based.
