Roku voice Remote will not complete pairing with Roku Ultra
My remote stopped working after I rolled over it in bed, so I tried to repair it. The pairing process would start and run for a couple minutes then a message appeared that it did not complete. Have tried this several times. I have 2 Ultras purchased at the same time. Tried pairing with the other remote and worked fine then tried to pair the "broker" remote with other Ultra with same result. Now the pairing light goes solid green when batteries are installed and will not go out.
Any suggestions?

Let's see if this will work for you.
- Restart your Roku device by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds and plug it back again.
- Reset your Roku remote:
• If your voice remote uses standard AA or AAA alkaline batteries, you can reboot it by removing and reinstalling the batteries.
• If your voice remote has a rechargeable battery, follow the steps below below to reboot your remote
> If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
> If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds.
