Roku Voice Remote Pro won’t Charge

Hey Community,
We're checking in to see if any of you have encountered the following issues with your Roku Voice Remote Pro:
- Will not charge
- Only powers on when plugged into an outlet
- Does not turn on or work
- Not holding a charge - This includes cases where the device loses charge within a day or two after being fully charged and unplugged.
If you've experienced any of these problems, here are some steps you can try:
- Test with different power outlets, micro USB cables, and USB chargers.

It looks like the issue with your Roku remote is a bit unusual. We'd love to help you out. Could you please provide the following information so we can look into it further?
- Have there been any recent updates before you encountered this issue?
- Which Roku device pairs with the remote?
- When did the issue occur?
Here are some steps that can help resolve the issue:
Restart your remote

If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.

If your rechargeable voice remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons on the Roku remote for 20 seconds. (After the reset pair your remote again)

Disable any extra remotes that are not in use in your TV settings
