Roku Voice Remote Pro with TV controls - battery drains completely about once a week

Question

I have a fairly new remote which can’t seem to hold a charge for more than a week or so. &nbsp;I don’t even have the voice switch enabled. &nbsp;Is there something I can do to get this thing to hold a charge for a reasonable amount of time?

Just to verify, have you tried using an alternative charging cord to see if you're able to notice the battery drain issue persists after trying this step? Also, how often do you use the remote and its features such as voice command and private listening?
