      To better assist, could you specify the issue you are experiencing? Have you tried to re-pair the remote and see if it helps? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?

        Just as mentioned in the posts above in other posts. Remote stays at 0% charge and only controls the TV when plugged into power. Even charging for a day it never changed past 0%. Re-pairing and resetting hasn’t changed anything so far.
