Roku Voice Remote Pro charger won’t fit into the devices port

I bought this on Amazon in August 2023 and it’s the first time it needs to be charged. The charger end will not fit into the devices port!!!! Device cannot be recharged! Also, where do I find my devices’ ID number?

    Are you sure it's the right charger cable? (After more than a year it seems like a charger/cable could easily get confused with another one.) I believe the original voice remote pro used a micro USB connector, so you had to make sure it was the right way up. The newer model uses USB-C that can be plugged in either way.
