Roku Voice Remote Pro can't revert back to default finder sound after changing it

I just bought a Roku Voice Remote Pro for the remote finder sound and when I tested it out it was very loud, perfect for my aging parents. But when I was checking out the remote settings they let you change the remote finder sounds to "Referee", "Sonar", or "Whistle". I tried all of them and they were nowhere near as loud as the default sound. So I wanted to switch back to the default sound but I can't! There's no option to switch it back to the default and even after unpairing it and re-pairing it still has the quieter finder sound. What can I do???

    Hi royalrooster,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

We're glad to assist you with restoring your lost remote finder's sound on your Roku Voice remote pro. Try charging your remote control. A full charge takes roughly 3 hours and lasts approximately 2 months under normal use. Please be aware that prolonged private listening usage will cause the battery to deplete more quickly. So, this might have an impact on how well the remote works. If required, you can use your voice remote while it's charging. Alternatively, you can reset your Roku device by disconnecting it from the wall socket for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Additionally, you can restart it by selecting Settings > System > Power > System Restart (if a Power submenu is not there, move on to the next step). Restarting can fix the majority of small difficulties and is quick and simple. You can check here for some fixes on your Roku Voice Pro remote and here for more details about changing the lost remote finder sound.

Let us know how it goes.

    All the best,

    Eunice
