Roku Voice Remote Pro (2nd Edition) getting message to charge and not charging

We recommend resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, please pair it again. Additionally, you can try using a different charger cord or power source to see if this resolves the issue.
Regarding your concerns about the charging cable that came with the Roku Voice Remote Pro 2nd edition, could you please provide a photo of the USB cord?
