Roku Voice Remote not responding or pairing

Hello, I bought a Roku 4k 2021 streaming stick 2 months ago. Since then it has been working perfectly fine until yesterday it wouldn’t work. Tried changing the batteries multiple times and pairing it again and again. Tried restarting the Roku Stick, didn’t work. Honestly thinking about just buying a new one at this point even though I had recently bought this one. Please give help and tips - thanks! Roku Streaming Stick (3800 series)
