Roku voice remote keeps unpairing

Hi. All buttons on my voice remote won’t work unless I reset it. Then it stops working again after a minute or two. It shows a 93% charge (no removable batteries). I’ve unplugged the Roku, reset the remote, then plugged in the Roku and paired the remote- and same problem happens. Interestingly, when it stops working, all I have to do is reset it, and it’s immediately working again without pairing, but only for a minute or two. Also coincidentally I’ve started seeing ads on Roku for buying a new device.

      Hello - I'm running into the same issue.  Steaming stick 4K voice remote.  Each time I turn on the TV, remote does not work.  I remove batteries, hit button on back, and sometimes that works to repair the remote.  Other times, I need to unplug the Roku from the TV, plug back in, hit pair button on remote.  How can I resolve this issue?

      I attempted to use Roku's Support chat, but was never connected to an agent after more than 1 hour.  Please advise.

      Thank you - my Roku device is a 4K streaming stick, and I have the voice remote.  We bought our Roku device about 2 years ago.

        I would recommend you perform the following steps below to resolve the issue with your Roku remote.

        1. Reset the remote: Press and hold the Home and Back/Pairing simultaneously for about 20 seconds and pair it again. This can help to reset the remote and potentially fix the issue.

        2. Once restarted, you can repair your Roku voice remote once again by pressing the Home and Back/Pairing for 5 seconds or until a prompt on your screen appears indicating an initiation for pairing.
