Roku Voice Remote & Roku Express on regular TV?
Can a Roku Voice Remote be used to control the power on/off and volume on a non-Roku TV (Vizio) that has a Roku Express hooked up to it?

If the express model is newer than the 3700, yes. But if it is the 3700 express model than its no because the 3700 express can only be controlled by an IR remote which doesn't have tv controls.
It appears to be a Model 3930X...so I assume that is newer and the voice remote will work then.
so please explain HOW to pair the voice remote with a Roku Express. The pairing button does not light up on the voice remote when I hold the button for 5-10 seconds. What do I do next? Thanks.
You can use the original express IR remote go intovthe settings> remote & devices> pair now device> follow prompts
Or unplug your express power cable for a bit, than plug back in after Roku stops bouncing than press and hold Voice remote pairing button for 5 seconds release let it just communicate.
