Roku up and down buttons not working propperly
I have a Roku Ultra 4K with voice control. It’s been working fine until today, but now the up and down buttons are not working properly. When I press the buttons, they go back, and it seems like the left button is being pressed at the same time. All the other buttons seem to be working fine; I can navigate using the left and right buttons. However, when I press up or down, it registers the input but returns to the same position, so I'm stuck on the home screen. I’ve tried changing the batteries, restarting the Roku, pairing the remote, and even opening the remote to check if the buttons were physically stuck, but nothing has worked.
