Roku Ultra won't connect via Wired connection

I've seen other threads on this topic but they're all locked and I can't ask questions or follow-up. I just got a Roku Ultra player and I'm trying to get the best experience I can so I'm trying to us...
Can't connect to network
Connection issue
Ethernet
tv & player wifi

I have 3  Roku Ultras. I have a wired connection to all 3 Ultras. They have all been working fine since Nov.7 2021. All of a sudden one of them stopped working on the wired connection. I have checked the cable and it reads though from end to end. I also changed ports on my router hub. I have tried restarting both the Roku and the router. The only thing I can think of now is the ethernet port on the Roku has gone bad.

I had all of my Roku Ultra's going through a switch. I decided to change out the switch I was using and it started working just fine. My switch must have gone out.
