Could you be a bit more specific? The Roku Ultra is a player, and is not paired with a TV. If you buy a Roku voice remote and pair it with your TV, that has nothing to do with an Ultra player or its remote. Just need to know exactly which product(s) you are referring to.
If you are using a Roku Ultra connected to a Roku TV, the Ultra remote will NOT control the TV with voice commands. It will only control the Ultra. If you want to use voice commands on a Roku TV, you must have a separate voice remote paired with the TV and use that remote to send a voice command to the TV. You cannot control a Roku player and a Roku TV with the same voice remote.
Thank you. The problem has been taken care of. I just disagree with how they set that up. A new Roku Pro TV and a remote that the voice function does not work.
