Roku Ultra unit and Samsung TV displaying extremely light and ghosting.

My Samsung TV picture is vey bright. I can't make out the figures. I have reset my Samsung YV display to factory settings and also reset my Roku device to factory settings. My display is set to Dynamic 1080 where it always has been.

I don't know what happened but last week my display was very light and it's been getting worse. I can't make out the figures or scenes anymore.

Please help me fix my problem. Thank you.
