Both of my roku remotes wouldn't work even though the boxes were wirelessly connected via an Eero router. It turned out that shutting the power off and on to my house caused both roku remotes to unpair from their boxes. So in a last ditch effort I repaired both Roku Ultra boxes. And it worked.
