Roku Ultra remote volume not working

The volume controls on my Roku Ultra periodically stop working. I've only had this remote for 3 months, had to replace the last one because of volume issues thinking it was a bad remote but now again...

Thanks for flagging this issue! 
I understand you're experiencing difficulties with the volume control on your Roku remote. You can try these steps:

  1. Press Home on your Roku voice remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select Remotes & devices
  4. Select Remote
  5. Choose your voice remote from the list and select Set up remote for TV control.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
