Roku Ultra remote no longer charging

Like a whole boat load of people on this site my voice remote pro (whatever), the one that comes with ultra stopped working. Like for, apparently, thousands of other people. None of your suggestions are going to work just like they’ve not worked for anyone else. So you’re expecting us to pay $30 for the pleasure of another rechargeable remote that’s going to fail??
