Roku Ultra not staying connected
I have to reconnect Roku ultra every time I turn my tv back on. I have to hit the ok button on the remote to make the home screen to come on.
Here's what you can do:
- Restart Everything: Turn off your Roku, router, and modem. Wait a minute, then power them back on in the order: modem, router, Roku. This can clear temporary issues.
- Check Network Settings: Go to Settings > Network on your Roku and confirm you're connected to the right Wi-Fi network with the correct password you can check here.
- Improve Wi-Fi Signal: If distance is an issue, consider using a Wi-Fi extender to boost the signal strength near your Roku.
- Update Roku Software: Outdated software can cause connection problems. Go to Settings > System > System update to check for updates.
