Roku Ultra no longer receiving channel updates

So basically, I'm still no longer receiving channel updates.

This should be simple. Either this is correct behavior, or it is not.

Can someone from Roku PLEASE reply and give some basic info as to what might be happening here. I would greatly appreciate it.
